Returns

We accept eligible returns within 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order, subject to the requirements described in our Return & Refund Policy.

For returns not caused by Thankloft, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost, and we do not charge a restocking fee.

Please contact us before sending a return so that we can provide the applicable return instructions. Once a returned item is received, we will review and process the return within 1–3 business days.

If the return is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, subject to applicable payment provider processing procedures.
